FOR WHOM DO WE DO IT?

The Mekong Regional Indigenous Child Rights Home (MRICRH) is a community-based organization and half-way home.

We support and shelter trafficking victims and children in difficult circumstances:

  • Local hill tribes and ethnic girls and women.
    In all 14 hill tribes:
    • Akha
    • Lahu
    • Hmong
    • Karen
    • Mabralee
    • Chinese
    • Thai yai
    • Thai Leu
    • Khog Min Tang (Jin Hor)
    • People of Myanmar
    • Nepalese
    • Vietnamese
    • Cambodian
    • Malaya Communist
  • Minority migrants from neighbouring countries:
    • Lao PDR
    • China (Yunnan province)
    • Myanmar
    • Cambodia
    • Viet Nam
  • Stateless people in the region
  • Thai women and children

The MRICRH assists around 100 persons per year. Most of them are children.

Families in local communities support the work we do.
